Rajinder Singh Joon

Rajinder Singh Joon (born 15-August-1956) is an Indian politician and three-term MLA from the Indian National Congress, who is the current Member of Legislative Assembly, Haryana representing Bahadurgarh. He also served two terms as Member of Legislative Assembly in Haryana Vidhansabha from Bahadurgarh (2004-2014). He is a special invitee to the Haryana Congress Working committee, highest decision making body of the Indian National Congress.

In his 10 years as the Bahadurgarh MLA, he helped set up an Industrial Sector at the largest level at Bahadurgarh which has companies like Cantabil, Campus Footwear, Yokohama, Aqualite Footwear, Belco Pharma, Columbus International, Masu Brakes, Sumangalam Footwear, Merino Poly Pack and much more in his constituency.      

He is the second generation in his family to be in public service: His father Ch. Surajmal Joon served as Member of Legislative Assembly in Haryana Vidhansabha for one term from Bahadurgarh (1991-1996).
